Ovation is a sales, marketing and customer-introduction company. The certificated services around it, flight training, rental, charter, maintenance and management, are delivered by independent providers under their own authority.

Proposed relationship
Palomar Aviation
Ovation intends to develop a strategic commercial relationship with Palomar Aviation, an independently operated flight training and aviation services company at Palomar Airport. Under such a relationship Ovation would provide marketing, customer introductions, sales development and events, and Palomar Aviation would provide its own services under its own certificates and authority. The two companies are and remain independent.
Status: proposed. No agreement has been executed, and Ovation does not describe Palomar Aviation as a partner until one is.
Disclosures
- Ovation does not operate aircraft, hold an FAA air carrier or pilot school certificate, or provide certificated services directly.
- Ovation is not affiliated with Cirrus Aircraft and is not an authorized Cirrus sales or service center. Ovation truthfully specializes in Cirrus aircraft.
- Provider roles, disclosures and the operating carrier for any flight are made clear to every customer before they commit.
