Become a Pilot

Your journey starts here.

Learning to fly is closer than most people think. Ovation introduces you to aviation and connects you with an independent, qualified flight school, then stays beside you from the first flight toward ownership.

Your journey

Five steps from curiosity to ownership.

  3. 03

    Connect with a flight school

Ovation introduces you to an independent provider that fits you.

  4. 04

    Begin your training

Your schedule, your pace, your instructor.

  5. 05

Who delivers the training

All flight training, ratings, rentals and simulator time are delivered by independent, FAA-certificated flight schools and instructors, not by Ovation. Ovation introduces you, helps you choose, and keeps in touch. Pricing, schedules and completion times are set by the school and depend on you; Ovation publishes none of them.

Ovation is developing a relationship with Palomar Aviation, an independent flight training provider at Palomar Airport. Until an agreement is executed, Palomar Aviation is not an Ovation partner, and any introduction is made as to any other qualified school.
