Dealer program
Become an OVATION
Certified Dealer.
Join a network of trusted professionals representing premium products and delivering exceptional customer experiences — with the training, tools, and demand to back it up.
What you get
Eight things a dealer program should give you.
Most programs give you a price sheet and a logo. Here is the rest of it.
Preferred pricing
Dealer-level pricing and program terms on the products you already sell.
Training
Product education, installation technique, and sales guidance for your whole team.
Certification
Certified Dealer status that customers can verify before they buy.
Marketing assets
Co-branded campaigns, photography, and social kits ready to publish.
Dealer portal
One place for orders, documents, training, leads, and support.
Lead generation
Customer inquiries routed to you based on your territory and response record.
Business development
A growth plan built with you, reviewed on a regular cadence.
Support
Technical and commercial help from people who know the product line.
Certification
A credential with something behind it.
Certified Dealer status is earned, published, and renewed. Customers can verify it, manufacturers can audit it, and competitors cannot claim it.
Complete training
Product, installation, and sales modules
Pass assessment
Practical and written, scored against the standard
Maintain status
Annual renewal and ongoing performance review
Requirements

Capable people
Staff who can complete product and installation training, and keep certification current.
A defined market
A territory you actively serve, with the capacity to take on additional volume.
Standards you can hold
A commitment to the brand, service, and response standards the certification requires.

Questions
Before you apply.
We build and run dealer networks for manufacturers. That means recruiting qualified dealers, training them, certifying them against a defined standard, launching them in their market, supporting them, and helping them grow. Manufacturers get a network. Dealers get a program worth joining.
None of those. We are a technology-enabled dealer growth platform. We do not compete with the dealers we recruit and we do not resell the products our manufacturer partners make.
Program terms vary by manufacturer and territory. Certification requirements, pricing tiers, and any program fees are laid out in full before you sign anything. Apply and we will walk you through the specifics for your market.
Territories are mapped to real demand — metro areas, waterways, or travel corridors depending on the industry — then matched to dealer capacity. Exclusivity depends on the manufacturer program and your certification tier.
Most dealers complete initial training and certification within 30 days of onboarding, and launch inside 90. Aviation programs run longer because of documentation and audit requirements.
Apply
Territories are assigned as they open.
Applications are reviewed against the manufacturer programs active in your market. The earlier you apply, the more territory is available.
