The Partner Portal is being built for the operators, flight schools, service providers and referral partners who work with Ovation: onboarding, agreements, documents, referrals and the status of every shared case, in one place.
Scope
What the portal will hold
Onboarding
Organization profile, credentials, service scope, contacts and review status.
Document and agreement center
Confidentiality, data-sharing, introduction and commercial agreements, with secure document requests and e-signature when the provider is chosen.
Referrals and cases
Charter requests, placement cases and customer introductions you are party to, with status, tasks and notifications.
Commissions and fees
A record of agreed terms and reconciliation for completed, qualifying transactions, once terms are approved.
Permissions and audit
Role-based access at the record and document level. A partner never inherits access to another party’s financial records by joining a case.
My Ovation, for customers
Alongside the Partner Portal, My Ovation is the personalized ownership workspace for buyers, sellers and owners: saved aircraft, market reports, scenarios and transaction milestones. Both open when the platform is secured and reviewed.
Status: in development. Sign-in opens when authentication, permissions and audit controls have passed an independent engineering review. Existing Ovation console users continue to sign in at their usual address.
